Here we will explain how to easily go through the whole process from selecting the goods to ordering them. There is no obligation to register to shop, but if you expect to shop with us again this registration will make it easier and quicker for you to place a new order the next time you make a purchase or accidentally leave the site.

Searching for items

We are happy for you to browse our entire range of machines and tools one at a time, but if you are looking for a machine or tool quickly you have two options:

1. If you know the type of machine or tool, you can enter its designation in the search box at the top left of the page with the words "enter product name" and you will see a menu of the relevant goods with the option to enter the number of pieces and directly add them to the cart.

2. In the left column you will find a menu divided into categories according to the possibility of using machines and tools. Here you can choose to sort the goods by manufacturer and price. According to the technical specification and photos you can select the machine to choose the quantity and add to the cart.

You can see the complete contents of the basket whenever you add items to it or if you click on the basket symbol at the top right of the page.

Login

You can log in as:

1. New customer, if you are shopping with us for the first time - just enter your email and proceed with your order.
2. Registered customer, if you have already shopped with us and registered with your password. Fill in your email and password and continue with your order. In case you have forgotten your password, we will send it to the email you registered with.

The email is used for all communication regarding your order, so it is essential to fill it in.

Shipping and payment

Depending on the size of the goods, you will be offered the most suitable type of shipping.

If you are ordering more than one type of item with different availability, it is up to you whether you prefer delivery as soon as possible (shipments will be split and items that are in stock will be sent immediately) or wait until all the items you have ordered are in stock and we will then send them to you in one shipment.

In this step of the shopping cart you also choose the payment method. If you also have a gift certificate or discount voucher available, enter the relevant code in the Gift certificate or voucher box and the amount will be deducted from your order immediately.

Order summary and dispatch

A full summary of your order is available before you submit it. If all the details are correct, complete the order by pressing the Submit Order button.

Information about the status of the order

You will be notified by email of each step in the processing of your order. This gives you a perfect overview of what's happening with your order at all times and when you can expect delivery of your selected goods. If you wish to change, cancel or cancel the entire order, please contact us by phone on +420 494 339 126.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order if the goods can no longer be delivered or replaced by another model or if the price has changed significantly. You will of course be informed of such a situation if it occurs. If part or all of the order has been paid, the money will be refunded to your account.
